Nelson Mandela Foundation

Part of the Nelson Mandela Foundation's work is aimed at making sense of South Africa's troubled past. This is done through various projects, dialogues and exhibitions, among others.

Nelson Mandela International Dialogues

The Nelson Mandela Foundation is partnering with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Global Leadership Academy, which is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), to bring together participants from countries worldwide to engage in a series of dialogues on memory work: the Nelson Mandela International Dialogues.
