Enough money was raised from the recent Trek4Mandela climb up Kilimanjaro to support nearly 200 000 girls in need with sanitary pads for a year. Teams have been busy distributing these pads to girls in Limpopo and Mpumalanga, in partnership with Ironveld. Pads were distributed to to more than 900 young girls across a number of different schools. Sanitary pads were handed out in Mpumalanga with the province's MEC for Education, Reginah Mhaule.
