A new scam has been brought to the attention of the Nelson Mandela Foundation involving a fraudulent website called 'Nelson Foundation Kenya'.
The website claims to offer funding assistance to startup businesses, asking for a registration fee of 100 Kenyan shillings (roughly R16) in order to submit a funding application.
The site uses the Nelson Mandela Foundation and Nelson Mandela Children's Fund logos, but has no affiliation whatsoever to either organisation and should be regarded with suspicion.
