1973. Bantu Labour Relations Regulations Amendment Act No 70

This gave "Black workers a limited legal right to strike for the first time in 30 years" (Riley 1991: 130). See WAR MEASURE 145 of 1942 and the NATIVE LABOUR SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES ACT of 1953.
