President Zuma cancels visit to Mozambique: issued by the Presidency

President Jacob Zuma visited former President Nelson Mandela in hospital this evening, 26 June 2013, around 22h00 and found him to be still in a critical condition.
President Zuma was briefed by the doctors, who are still doing everything they can to ensure his well-being.
President Zuma has decided to cancel his visit to Maputo, Mozambique, tomorrow 27 June, where he was due to attend a SADC Summit regional infrastructure investment conference.
He reiterated his gratitude on behalf of government to all South Africans who continue to support the Madiba family.
