Dr Mo Ibrahim, businessman, academic and philanthropist, delivered the 11th Nelson Mandela Annual Lecture at the University of South Africa in Pretoria on 17 August 2013.

The theme for this year’s lecture was “Building social cohesion” – a call for all South Africans to work towards a united, cohesive, democratic and national society.
